Terms of service

Effective September 14, 2026.

1. Who these terms cover

These terms apply to the websites and software of DB3 LLC, doing business as EBC Studio. By using our public websites you agree to them. Creators who use our studio software do so under a direct agreement with us that includes these terms.

2. What we provide

EBC Studio provides private software tools for TikTok Shop creators: analytics and coaching, sample tracking, and creator storefront websites. Our tools read data from TikTok Shop only with the creator’s authorization, under the TikTok Shop Partner Center terms, and only as described in our privacy and data protection policy.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Use the software only for your own creator account, and only if you are 18 or older.
  • Keep your login details private. You are responsible for activity under your session.
  • Follow TikTok’s terms, community guidelines, and TikTok Shop policies. Our tools do not change your obligations to TikTok or to sellers.
  • Do not attempt to access other users’ data, probe or overload our systems, or reverse-engineer the software.

4. AI-generated suggestions

Briefs, scripts, scorecards, and coaching answers are generated by AI models from your own data. They are suggestions. You decide what to film, post, and sell, and you are responsible for the content you publish.

5. Availability and changes

We work to keep the software available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service, we will give connected creators notice and a way to export or delete their data.

6. Intellectual property

The software, its design, and its code belong to DB3 LLC. Your content, your data, and your TikTok account remain yours. You grant us only the license needed to operate the software for you.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The software is provided as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DB3 LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost revenue, arising from use of the software or reliance on its suggestions. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you paid nothing.

8. Termination

You may stop using the software and revoke TikTok Shop access at any time. We may suspend access for a breach of these terms or of TikTok’s policies. On termination we delete your data as described in the privacy policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which DB3 LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that state.
