Delete your data

Two ways. Either one works, and neither costs anything.

Revoke access in TikTok Shop

Open TikTok Shop, go to your creator account’s connected apps or authorizations, and remove EBC Studio. The moment you do, our access token stops working. We treat revocation as a deletion request: the data we obtained through the connection is deleted within 30 days, and the token is deleted immediately.

Email us

Send a message to hello@momfinds.co from the email address on your account with the subject “Data deletion request”. Tell us whether you want everything deleted or only the TikTok Shop data. We confirm by reply, delete within 30 days, and send a final confirmation when it is done.

What gets deleted

• TikTok Shop access and refresh tokens.
• Sample applications, fulfillment records, showcase data, and affiliate orders we read from TikTok Shop.
• Your studio account, conversations, notes, scorecards, and briefs, if you ask for a full deletion.

Public statistics that TikTok itself publishes about your account are not personal data we hold about you; they are re-fetched from public sources if you use the studio again. Server logs expire on their own within 30 days.
